We ship through regular lorry service or parcel service within a week of receiving your payments. You have to pay the lorry freight and pick up the consignment at your end. We take care to send to the nearest lorry office of your area. However, if you are living in remote places, you might have to pick up the goods from your nearest town. You are free to call our office number and inform us through which lorry service to send. Please make note that we are not responsible for any damages caused in transit. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects if product is ordered and amount is not paid. Our Policy for the cancellation will be as follows: Cancellation Policy For Cancellations please contact us via phone 790 456 9575. Requests received later than 2 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period. Refund Policy Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if there is fault in our end in sending the right product at the right time, we will refund you the money. But for any other reasons apart from this, we cannot refund.
