We ship through cash on delivery or through courier services within a week of receiving your payments. Dealer serviced areas are delivered based on COD. In case of courier based shipment, you are requested to pay through online transfer. In that case, we ship only through ST Courier at present. You might want to check here if your area is serviced by them before you place your orders. If your area is not accessible through courier, then if possible we shall arrange for a local pickup at your place.

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. However, we are responsible only for manufacturing defects and not responsible for any damages caused in transit. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase and might have product specific terms.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us if you have paid directly to Queensland International through online transfer. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 2 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund if it is paid directly to our company. We cannot refund money that you paid to our dealers directly through cash on delivery basis.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
