We ship through cash on delivery or through courier services within a week of receiving your payments. Dealer serviced areas are delivered based on COD. In case of courier based shipment, you are requested to pay through online transfer. In that case, we ship only through ST Courier at present. You might want to check here if your area is serviced by them before you place your orders. If your area is not accessible through courier, then if possible we shall arrange for a local pickup at your place.
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. However, we are responsible only for manufacturing defects and not responsible for any damages caused in transit. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund if it is paid directly to our company. We cannot refund money that you paid to our dealers directly through cash on delivery basis.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
