Welcome to ASK Jhansi. These terms apply when you use www.askjhansi.com (the "site") or buy from it. Please read them carefully. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

The site and the ASK Jhansi brand are operated by Queensland International, 1/4 AOK Nagar, B P Agraharam, Erode – 638005, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us", "our"). Our contact details are on the Contact us page.

2. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are not met.

3. Your account

  • You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) that we send to you on WhatsApp.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your mobile number and WhatsApp account secure, and for all activity on your account.
  • Please give us accurate details — especially your name, phone number and delivery address.
  • We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

4. Products and safe use

  • We try to describe our products, pack sizes and prices accurately. Product images are for illustration, and the packaging you receive may differ slightly.
  • Please use every product only as described on its label and product page. You are responsible for handling, storing and using products safely, keeping them away from children, and complying with any laws that apply to your use of them.
  • Chemicals and raw materials are sold for making cleaning and household products. They are not for human or animal consumption, and should be handled with suitable protective equipment.
  • We are not responsible for loss or harm caused by misuse, improper storage, or use of a product for a purpose it is not meant for.

5. Prices, taxes and delivery charges

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • All products are subject to GST. Depending on the product, GST is either included in the listed price or shown separately at checkout. Either way, the full amount payable is shown before you pay.
  • Any delivery charges are also shown at checkout.
  • For some products, freight is not collected by us but paid directly to the transporter on a "To Pay" basis. Where this applies, it is shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping & delivery policy.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price or with wrong information because of an error, we may correct it and cancel any affected order that has not been dispatched. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

6. Orders

  • Product listings on the site are an invitation to place an order. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed only when we accept and process it.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if a transporter cannot deliver to your location. You will receive a full refund of any amount already paid.

7. Payments

  • The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout, and may depend on the products and the order value.
  • Online payments (UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets) are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank login details.
  • If you pay by bank transfer, our bank details are shown on your order page. After paying, please upload your payment screenshot on the order page so we can verify it.
  • Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. Orders that remain unpaid for 5 days may be cancelled automatically.

8. Invoices

  • Invoices are not available for download on the site.
  • Your invoice is sent in printed form along with your package.
  • If you need a digital copy of your invoice — for example, for your GST filing — please contact us with your order ID, and we will send it to you.

9. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & delivery policy. Cancellations, damaged or wrong products and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

10. Coupons and offers

Coupons and offers are subject to the conditions shown with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. We may cancel an order where a coupon has been misused.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to access other users' accounts or data, interfering with the site's operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using automated tools to copy its content.

12. Reviews and feedback

If you send us feedback, reviews or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve our products and services and to display them on our site and social media. Please do not submit anything unlawful, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights.

13. Intellectual property

The ASK Jhansi name and logo, and the content of this site — including text, images, videos and design — belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Indian law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Please check this page before placing an order.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu.
